To get to the Belfast Boat Club from the University:

From the University head up the Stranmillis road (away from the City Centre, turning right if you’re at the Union, turning left if you’re in front of the Lanyon building) past the round-about at Stranmillis College, down Lockview Road, past Cutter’s Wharf bar and the boat club is on your left.
